We shed a few tears that Timeless would not be reopening this season, but we’re encouraged by news that the space has been reborn as Grappino, the latest addition to the Aielli Group’s restaurants (Dorona, Sea Salt and Barbatella). Grappino’s culinary concept reflects the Venetian roots of chef and owner Fabrizio Aielli and showcases one of the biggest grappa bars in the country, with over 100 grappa varieties. Menu highlights include charcuterie, salads, bruschetta, risotto and custom pasta-sauce combinations, as well as a signature 48-hour salt-cured chicken.

Longtime Third Street South favorite Campiello is getting an addition in the form of The Club Room. Details are minimal at the moment, but it’s being billed as “Italian cuisine, cocktail salon … and all that jazz.” We’re intrigued.

Relocating to 12th Avenue South, Naples, in January 2020

Coming January, they’ll move to a larger space on 12th Avenue South (just off of Third Street South).
