One of the best things about the holidays is the gatherings with friends over festive bites and cozy cocktails. And since no one does cocktails better than The French, we enlisted Bar Manager Brian Hawley to share how to make one of his best creations—called Paris in Fall, which even sounds amazing—so you can mix to impress at your upcoming holiday festivities.


  • 2 ounces Basil Hayden’s Dark Rye
  • ½ ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • ½ ounce Cherry Heering
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Stir with ice and pour into glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
