Lifestyle: 5 Things to Try in May

1   Brunch at Bice
Three words apply when it comes to mimosas: Keep. Them. Coming. We’ve been waiting all season, but Bice has finally reintroduced its fabulous summer Sunday brunch options: three courses for $24 or with bottomless mimosas or prosecco for $32. (An obvious choice.) And check out other great brunch options with our handy Guide to Best Brunches, searchable by location.

2   Pure Barre Platform
Feel like you’ve mastered Pure Barre? Enter Pure Barre Platform, which integrates all your favorite lifting, tucking and burning (oh, the burning) with a new form of torture exercise: cardio. The classes combine quick bursts of high-intensity, low-impact cardio with periods of PB’s signature muscle-sculpting movements. They’re offered five to seven times a week at Pure Barre Naples and are included in regular membership costs. Want to give it a try? Get your first month of unlimited classes for $99.

3   Digit app
Saving money: We all do it; we all should probably do more of it. As seems to frequently be the case these days, there’s an app for that. Digit is a free, FDIC-insured app that saves your money for you so you don’t even have to think about it. Every few days, it checks your spending patterns and, if you can spare it, moves a few dollars from your checking account to your Digit account (those crazy algorithms—what will they do next?) You can withdraw savings from your Digit account as often as you’d like. Intrigued? Get more info or sign up for free and start counting your bucks.

4   Whiskey Park
If you’ve ever thought the one thing missing from Naples life was a New Orleans-style whiskey bar, your life is now complete, friend. Whiskey Park opened this week with a selection of 30 drafts, plenty of whiskey, creative food and even Jameson on tap.

5   Tuesday Tap Room Trivia
Gather a group and head to RipTide Brewing Co. in Naples for trivia every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. starting this week. It’s free to play, and prizes will be awarded for rounds as well as overall winners. (Plus, sample some of their homemade brews while you’re there. Who knows, they might make you smarter.)
