That means the chefs are pretty great, as well—and several restaurants offer cooking classes that bring you right into the kitchen alongside them. Here, we share some opportunities designed to help you hone your culinary prowess—and sample some tasty dishes along the way, too:
Go behind kitchen doors with Chef Dario at Barbatella and learn to master Italian rustic cooking the same way. Their occasional culinary sessions include a demonstration by the chef, followed by a two-course lunch, dessert, and plenty of wine and Prosecco for $50 per person. Follow them on Facebook to learn about upcoming classes.
