Delicious Raw: It’s not just for juices anymore. They recently unveiled a new food menu perfect for the vegan or vegetarian in your life—or, you know, anyone who likes tasty, healthy sandwiches, soups, salads and wraps.

Wondering what to try first? Jennifer Spaide, the veggie-friendly chef behind Delicious Raw’s food offerings, shares her top three favorites:

→ Summer rolls
“They are made with a ginger miso quinoa spread, red bell peppers, carrot, cucumber, raw shiitake mushrooms, jalapeno, mint and cilantro, and served with a maple soy dipping sauce. They are so light and fresh, I could eat them all day long!”

→ Thai turmeric bisque
“It’s made with a base of butternut squash and carrots, then pureed with fresh turmeric, ginger, coconut milk and lime juice. If you love tom kha (chicken coconut) soup from Asian/Thai restaurants, you will love this!  It has a similar flavor profile but a luscious texture from the pureed veggies.”

→ Velvet broccoli cashew chowder
“It tastes just like a cream of broccoli soup but is completely vegan!”
